04Before you sign

Five questions to ask any web agency.

Ours included. A serious agency answers all five in writing.

  1. 01

Are the domain and the website in my name?

During and after the contract — domain, files and design.

  2. 02

Is the price written before work starts?

With what is and isn’t included.

  3. 03

Is there a 24-month commitment or automatic renewal?

    And what does leaving cost?

  4. 04

Does the agency work in my customers’ language?

On the South Shore, that’s often French and English — sometimes Spanish.

  5. 05

Does the site comply with Law 25, and is its speed measured?

    Privacy policy, cookies, verifiable performance.

Our answers are public: our plans and commitments.

06FAQ

Common questions.

How do I choose a web agency on the South Shore?

Ask every agency five questions, ours included: are the domain and the website in my name? Is the price written before work starts? Is there a 24-month commitment or automatic renewal? Does the agency work in my customers’ language? Does the site comply with Law 25? At Simich Digital, the answers are public on our pricing page.

Where are you located?

Our studio is on Montreal’s South Shore. We work with businesses across the Montérégie — and remotely with clients throughout Quebec and abroad.

Do you work in English?

Yes. Our teams work in English, French and Spanish. In Quebec, a business website must also be available in French; your written quote lists the languages included.

How much does a website cost?

Our prices are public: a professional website at $179/month for 14 months (then it’s yours) or $3,500 one-time. One-page sites from $1,500. Prices in CAD, taxes extra. Full details on our pricing page.

Do we need to meet in person?

It’s not necessary — most of our projects run entirely by email and video call. But if you’re on the South Shore and prefer to meet over coffee, we can arrange it.
